What are your Hours of Operation?

The Cooperative located at 402 E. Sinton Street, Sinton, TX is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

When is my bill due?

Each bill for utility service, regardless of the nature of the service, is due sixteen (16) days after issuance, unless such day falls on a holiday or weekend, in which case payment is due the next work day. If full payment is not received in the office of the Cooperative, the customer's account will be considered delinquent and subject to late fees & disconnection in accordance with these rules.

How can I pay my bill?

There are many options for paying your bill. Your bill can be mailed or hand delivered to the Cooperative. The mailing address is San Patricio Electric Cooperative, PO Box 360, San Antonio, TX 78292-0360. Local banks are available, bank draft is available and pay stations are available. San Patricio Electric also takes credit card payments both in the office and over the phone. Please see Payment Options for further information.

If I pay at the bank is it posted the same day at the Co-op?

No, to pay at the bank, you must pay 7 days before the due date. Payment is not considered by SPEC until the deposit slips mailed by the banks are received in the SPEC office.

Do you offer On-Line Bill Pay?

Yes, we do offer On-line Bill Pay.

Pay Online through our website

Our secure website will allow you to view and pay your bill online. Signup is easy. Just have your account number and e-mail address. If you are billed through an invoice group, you will need the primary account number. The site will accept MasterCard, Visa and DiscoverCard Debit and Credit Cards and Electronic Checks.

What if I am on Life Support?

If you or a member of your household is dependent on any type of life support equipment, we need to know! Please fill out the Life Support Information Form and return it to the Cooperative with a letter of medical necessity from your personal physician.
